Abbey Mechanical Services Ltd is an independent Forklift Truck Company who sell, hire and service & maintain all makes and models of forklift trucks in and around the West Midlands area.
Abbey Mechanical has been under new ownership and management since 2016 and as the business continues to expand we are looking to employ Field Service Engineers & Workshop engineers to join our West Midlands based team on a full time basis.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who are keen to expand and develop their career with a growing independent forklift truck company whose focus is on delivering high levels of service to our customer base.
£34,820 – £37,300 per annum Plus overtime
The Role:
- Service, repair and maintenance of both Abbey Mechanical Services Ltd hire fleet and customer owned trucks
- Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance and pre delivery inspection of forklift trucks
- Both Field based roles working in and around the West Midlands and workshop based roles available
- Company van, phone (field based) + workwear provided
- 8am – 4.30pm – Monday to Friday
- 25 days Annual Holiday + Bank Holidays
The Candidate:
- Previous forklift truck experience preferable
- Mechanical, hydraulic and electric experience essential
- Full UK Driving Licence required (field based)
