FORKLIFT SERVICING IN BIRMINGHAM AND THE WEST MIDLANDS

At Abbey Mechanical Services Ltd we have the experience and expertise to service and maintain all makes and models of forklift trucks. Forklift servicing is vital in the preventative maintenance of your material handling equipment, this in turn ensures not only that your forklift is fit and safe for use on site but also that the forklift truck is a reliable asset to help improve productivity on site.

Our team of highly skilled engineers have the skills and resources to service LPG, Diesel & Electric counterbalance forklifts, as well as Reach Trucks, 4-way machines, VNA, Cheery pickers and scissor lift warehouse equipment. Furthermore, all bespoke yard equipment in Telehandlers, Rough Terrain and Skid Steers can all be serviced by Abbey Mechanical.

Following an initial site survey, we will arrange a service package bespoke for you, this takes into consideration the trucks working conditions and usage. This package sets up a regular service program to ensure your forklift truck is maintained to fit and proper standards giving you the peace of mind that the machine will be an integral part of your company’s day to day operations. Each service is a fixed labour figure, with no additional travel time or call out fees. Following each service, any work that is identified will be quoted and carried out at your request.

Thanks to our location, we are in close proximity to Birmingham and the entire West Midlands region. With easy access to Aldridge, Burntwood, Cannock, Lichfield, Redditch, Solihull, Stourbridge, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Walsall, West Bromwich and Wolverhampton, we are able to deliver fast reaction times, and a local service.

LOLER CERTIFICATIONS

In addition to our Preventative Maintenance Service Programs we can also provide and issue you with your required 12 month Loler certification, acquired through examinations. A Loler Certificate differs from that of a service and is an insurance requirement. The loler requirement is 12 monthly on all forklift trucks and 6 monthly on all man up equipment, the loler certification within the forklift industry can be likened to an MOT on your car. Get in touch with us today by contacting our team here at Abbey Mechanical Services Ltd to discuss are servicing plan and Loler Certification.

We also offer forklift truck hire, as well as having used forklifts available.
